FAQ

Ordering & Pricing

Why are your prices lower than traditional dealerships?

We operate on a direct-to-contractor model. By running a centralized fulfillment warehouse and handling our own technical inspections and freight logistics, we eliminate showroom overhead, layered margins, and middleman commissions. You pay for the machinery, not a dealership’s real estate.

How do I pay for my equipment?

All orders are processed securely online through our Shopify checkout using Shopify Payments.

Shipping & Freight Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight shipping to the lower 48 states.

Is lift-gate service included?

Yes, free lift-gate service is included on our deliveries. However, you must verify the operating weight and dimensions of your specific mini excavator model. Extremely heavy models or oversized attachments may exceed standard carrier lift-gate capacities. In these cases, you are responsible for providing a loading dock, forklift, or crane on-site for safe unloading.

Can I pick up my machine in person to save time?

No. Our facility in Fort Collins, CO, is a secure logistics and technical inspection warehouse. To maintain safety and operational efficiency, we do not permit customer visits, on-site inspections, or local equipment pickups under any circumstances. All equipment is dispatched directly via approved freight carriers.

What do I do if my machine arrives damaged?

You must inspect the equipment before signing the delivery receipt.

  • Minor/Cosmetic Damage: Document scratches or scuffs on the carrier’s paperwork, take clear photos, sign for the delivery, and email our support team.
  • Severe Structural Damage: Do not sign for it. Refuse the delivery, take photographs, and contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.
  • Note: If you sign the receipt free and clear, you acknowledge the machine arrived in good condition, which severely limits freight damage claims.

Can I cancel my order?

If you cancel before the equipment is loaded onto the freight truck, you will receive a full refund. Once the equipment is loaded or dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a standard return, subject to round-trip freight charges and a restocking fee.

Are the machines inspected before shipping?

Yes. Every machine goes through a strict in-house technical inspection at our Fort Collins warehouse. Our technicians check fluids, test hydraulic systems, and inspect engine components before the machine is crated for dispatch.

What is your return policy?

We accept voluntary returns within 30 days of delivery with valid proof of purchase. The equipment must be completely unused, in its original packaging, and remain unfueled by the customer.

Are there fees for returning a machine?

Yes. For voluntary returns, you are responsible for the return freight costs and our original cost to ship the equipment to you. We also deduct a standard 15% restocking fee to cover uncrating, technical inspection, and re-warehousing. Used equipment cannot be returned.
