Contractor FAQs
Why are your prices lower than a local dealership?
Why are your prices lower than a local dealership?
We operate on a direct-to-contractor model. By handling our own inventory, technical inspections, and freight logistics out of our centralized Fort Collins hub, we completely eliminate showroom real estate costs and commissioned middleman markups. You pay for the machine's capability, not the dealership's overhead.
How does shipping and delivery work?
How does shipping and delivery work?
We provide free LTL freight shipping to the lower 48 states, which includes complimentary lift-gate service for standard models. All equipment is dispatched directly from our Colorado warehouse. Note: For extremely heavy models or oversized attachments that exceed standard lift-gate limits, you will need a forklift or loading dock on-site for safe unloading.
Are the machines inspected before they ship?
Are the machines inspected before they ship?
Yes. We do not blind drop-ship from manufacturers. Every mini excavator undergoes a strict in-house technical inspection by our technicians before it leaves our facility. We test the hydraulics, check engine components, and verify fluid levels before crating the machine for dispatch.
What does the 3-year parts warranty cover?
What does the 3-year parts warranty cover?
If a non-wear component fails under standard operating conditions within three years, we supply the replacement part directly from our U.S. warehouse. You are required to maintain a standard service log to claim parts. The warranty covers the hardware itself; labor, travel, and downtime are excluded.
